Our approach and due diligence around evaluating properties is more important now than ever. While current COVID conditions have caused much uncertainty, it has created many new opportunities within the purpose built housing market. We are continually analyzing data in order to target markets that are viable today and will be sustainable in the post COVID economy, and we are applying our knowledge in order to capitalize upon new opportunities that have been created.

Board members include individuals with real estate, development, and property management experience; investment and finance; tenant advocacy; and affordable housing. We value life experience as much as professional experience. To that end we have representation from diverse backgrounds that also bring the perspective of being a resident of our properties. We believe that everyone from tenant to investor benefits when you build a community, not just a portfolio.
